We hire people who know framework contracts, porting or carrier negotiations from hands-on practice — and want to help build a vendor-neutral procurement player in the German Mittelstand.

Comms Connect is growing. We are filling three roles in 2026 that carry engagements operationally and scale the business. Open applications are welcome if the profiles below do not match but the mindset does.

Three roles we are actively hiring.

Service Manager (m/f/d)

You run engagements operationally — from the first audit through to the first invoice with a lower amount. Contract migration, SIM porting, hardware rollout, customer success for existing clients. You are the person who tells a client on a call: "I will take care of that this afternoon."

You bring
Operational experience in telco contract execution, porting or carrier migration. Comfortable in Vodafone, Telekom and O₂ back-ends. Structured work under client pressure.
You get
Direct ownership of your own client portfolio. No sales quota, no reporting theatre. Close to the platform — you help build the scaling mechanics that grow out of the engagement business.

Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

You negotiate carrier conditions on behalf of clients and win new mandates in the upper Mittelstand. Stakeholders client-side: CFO, head of IT, managing director. Stakeholders carrier-side: account manager, sales director, partner manager.

You bring
B2B sales experience in telecoms, ideally with a carrier background (Vodafone, Telekom, O₂ or reseller). Confidence in C-level negotiations. A grasp of procurement mechanics — list price, negotiated price, framework agreement.
You get
A vendor-neutral mandate — you negotiate against carriers, not for them. Variable pay with real leverage. Client conversations from day one.

HR (m/f/d)

You build HR for a growing B2B Mittelstand company. Recruiting, onboarding, people development, culture work. We want to grow without becoming corporate — you do the HR work that makes it possible.

You bring
HR experience in Mittelstand or scale-up companies. A grasp of operational B2B businesses. No theatrics, no buzzword bingo — we want substance.
You get
A build mandate. You design structures rather than administer them. Direct reporting to leadership.
