Service Manager (m/f/d)
You run engagements operationally — from the first audit through to the first invoice with a lower amount. Contract migration, SIM porting, hardware rollout, customer success for existing clients. You are the person who tells a client on a call: "I will take care of that this afternoon."
- You bring
- Operational experience in telco contract execution, porting or carrier migration. Comfortable in Vodafone, Telekom and O₂ back-ends. Structured work under client pressure.
- You get
- Direct ownership of your own client portfolio. No sales quota, no reporting theatre. Close to the platform — you help build the scaling mechanics that grow out of the engagement business.
